It struck me while I was cleaning my apartment recently that, for someone who works in the newspaper industry, I subscribe to a lot of magazines. Not only do I get them in the mail, but I actually read them. And I don’t just glance through them, I read them cover to cover. As I remarked to a colleague, I have a hard time refusing a good deal on a magazine subscription.

AJL, Bookmarks, Everyday with Rachel Ray, Fast Company, Fortune, Gourmet, Inc., Portfolio, Time, The Week, The Wilson Quarterly, Vanity Fair, Wired

While I think there is a separate post that I can write about why I read magazines, what I get from them and the lessons my experience holds for newsrooms, that’s not my present intention.

Today, I just have a question for you, I want to know what (if any) magazines do you read and why? I’ve shared my list, now it’s time to share yours.
